Ambassador Victoria Kennedy was in Vorarlberg last week for the opening of the Bregenz Festival. Museum Director Thomas Trummer gave her a guided tour of the Kunsthaus Bregenz together with State Secretary for Culture Andrea Mayer. Incidentally, the fascinating exhibition by U.S. artist Jordan Wolfson was sponsored by the Embassy’s Austrian-American Partnership Fund.

Ambassador Kennedy also met President Alexander Van der Bellen and his wife Doris Schmidauer on the sidelines of the festival. There was also an opportunity for a brief conversation with Minister Karoline Edtstadler. Finally, at the end of the Vorarlberg trip, a constructive exchange with Bishop Benno Elbs was on the agenda. Thank you for the hospitality and all the stimulating conversations!
