The U.S. Presidential Election and Its Expected Impact on U.S. Foreign and Domestic Policy

Georgetown Professor Dr. Stephen Wayne gave a series of talks in Vienna, Graz and Krems. He focused on the possible impact of the upcoming elections on U.S. foreign and domestic policy. Dr. Wayne also discussed the foreign and domestic policy positions of the principal candidates, and what policies we might expect to see from the eventual winner. The audiences also learned about the current electoral environment, the nomination process and the voting behavior that will likely affect November’s outcome.
